Morning Sound Bath at the Peace of Mind Center

A beautiful way to begin your day!
Join us Saturday morning for 45-minute of deep relaxation as we connect with the breath and let go of stress, dissolving into the healing tones of singing bowls, the chime of a singing crystal pyramid, and deep reverberations of a Chao gong.

Yoga mats, pillows and blankets will be provided. You may wish to bring an additional pillow or blanket for extra yummy comfort.
* Due to spacing needs, this event is limited to 8 spots *

*This event will be held upstairs at the Peace of Mind Center in the Reiki/Sound Healing Room. Please arrive promptly to settle into the space.
