The Peace of Mind Center is excited to offer Kundalini Yoga with yoga teacher Sierra Tolis!

Kundalini Yoga Flow: Wed, May 28th, 6-7:15pm
$25 per class

Kundalini yoga is a powerful practice that’s like no other.
By incorporating simple poses, chanting, meditation and the breath, Kundalini yoga can facilitate changes to the brain and body, allowing the practitioner to reach major emotional and energetic breakthroughs in under 3 minutes of practice, as the body begins to release toxins & trauma.

Its benefits include:
* stress reduction
* mental clarity, and
* elevated mood.

Whether you are an experienced yogi, or a beginning student, Kundalini yoga is suitable for Every BODY.

Here are a few points for the class:
* Bring a sheepskin, yoga mat, towel, or blanket to sit on.
* Kundalini yogis traditionally wear white, but any color will do. Just dress for breath and movement.
* You can bring a head covering or scarf to wear during the practice. This is a traditional part of Kundalini yoga. This helps to contain energy and keep the focus at the third eye.
