Monthly Mindful Meditation with Kim. Offered at Luna Chic the first Friday monthly from 5:30-7:00 pm. An opportunity to explore the world of meditation in many various forms. Each session will include shared techniques to increase variety in your meditative practice. We will learn about breath work, focal points, visualization, and grounding techniques to name a few. In the meditations, we will be connecting to our guides, guardians, ascended beings, higher self, and Divine! Each session will be varied monthly. Let's celebrate energetic growth for our physical, emotional, and spiritual health together! Space is limited for the group. Contact Luna Chic to
