Somatic Yin Pop-Up

Join Lucía for this Somatic Yin special session that will leave your body and mind feeling nourished and relaxed.

Some of the benefits of Yin Yoga could be that it promotes hydration, re-establishes elasticity, facilitates regeneration of collagen and creates space at joints (reducing friction and in-turn, pain) and helps building patience and tolerance.

We will be holding poses according to a set theme on each session and allowing ourselves time to connect with our bodies, our sensations and our psyches.

These new monthly pop ups will be super special evening practice, prepare yourself for being immersed in a softly illuminated space to create an enchanted atmosphere. Music and lighting will be used.
