Nutrition 101

Come learn how to identify the different types of macronutrients in food, read nutrition fact labels, and generate a personal nutrition prescription at our Nutrition 101 class on Thurs. June 26 from 4-5pm. This event is for ages 16 and up, and there are no tickets or signups needed.
