Women’s Krav Maga Self Defense Classes

Basic Instinct Krav Maga is now accepting clients for a Women’s Self Defense class learning the principles of Krav Maga. This is Wyoming’s first self defense school licensed through Krav Maga Worldwide. This class allows women the opportunity to grow in confidence, fitness and most of all the skills needed to help you go home safe should danger come your way, in the comfort and support of other women. This class is for women ages 16 and up, any fitness level and no previous training required. You will begin with the basics and progress at your pace. Contact us today to register!
