cooking class: fair & rodeo food!

Join us for a fun and flavorful cooking class inspired by the spirit of fair and rodeo season! In this hands-on session, you'll learn how to create two crowd-pleasing dishes: Chugwater Chili and Mexican Street Corn .

Don't worry, we planned this class time to be lunch, so you can still make it to the final night of the WYO RODEO!

Chugwater Chili is a hearty, savory dish packed with bold flavors, perfect for any season. We'll teach you how to blend the well known spices from Chugwater, WY and tender meat to make a chili that's rich, satisfying, and full of that unique flavor. Toppings provided.

Next, you'll master Mexican Street Corn, a refreshing and zesty "meal on a stick" that brings together the sweet crunch of roasted corn, tangy lime, creamy cotija cheese, and a dash of chili powder. It’s the ideal complement to your chili and is sure to be a hit at your next rodeo or fair gathering!
