Hunting & Gathering Dinner
Join us for a unique culinary experience celebrating the bounty of the land with our 4-Course Hunting & Gathering Dinner. Cottonwood's chef Sasha in collaboration with local sportsman and game chef Pete Datema have created a seasonal menu highlighting the best of local farms and foraged finds, including a rich and savory morel mushroom risotto topped with tender duck breast. Each course is thoughtfully crafted to showcase the earthy, fresh flavors of spring — from garden greens to wild herbs — all sourced close to home.

As you dine, enjoy the soulful sounds of Lady Jane and Terry, performing live jazz throughout the evening. Their smooth melodies and timeless style will set the perfect tone for a night of good food, great music, and community.
