About the event

Gentle Yoga Flow

Gentle Yoga Flow is a breath-based, mindful movement practice that brings us home to our body, breath, and mind, in the present moment. Think meditation in motion; a mindful flow that invites us to practice slowing down and move with more awareness, balance, and grace.

Walk-ins are welcome! We have a 10 maximum limit for each class. Mats are available for use. $10 plus tax. Classes led by Tammy Grebert and Lauren Marie.
