About the event

Gentle Yoga Flow

Gentle Yoga Flow practice is for students of all levels wishing to increase balance, strength, and flexibility. This class allows you to honor yourself by bringing awareness and moving deeper into one's body. It is an opportunity to challenge your body and mind while nourishing your soul.

Walk-ins are welcome. We have a 10 maximum limit for each class. Mats are available for use. $10 plus tax. Classes led by Tammy Grebert or Lauren Marie.
