Yin Yoga Workshop for late Spring

Join me again for an evening of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra .
This Yin Yoga practice embraces the energy of Springtime , renewal and growth and we will be exploring poses that will work with the Liver and Gallbladder meridians .
There are props for you to use so that you can find the right variation of pose for your own unique body . Finding your “edge “ and then yielding into the pose , finding a deep connection to yourself .
The workshop will finish with a delicious Yoga Nidra …… absolute bliss 😌
There are only 10 spaces available.
You will need to bring your own mat , all other props are provided .
The workshop is £30 . To secure your space full payment must be made before the workshop .
