Sacred Dance Circle WATER, EARTH 🌍

This Sacred Dance Circle welcomes those with an existing movement practice—whether dance, yoga, qi gong, or another embodied tradition—and who already have some spiritual awareness. This gathering is designed to deepen your existing practice, to connect with your body on a deeper level and tap into your intuition. This practice honours your body's wisdom and you get to choose how to move.
