Patient & Family Support Outreach Sessions

Do you or anyone close to you live with a palliative condition such as cancer, COPD, Parkinson's or MND? Come along to our friendly Patient and Family Support (PAFS) sessions at Manor Library for a warm drink, a chat, and activities. Connect with others, find out about available support, and receive practical guidance from St Luke’s staff.

Date: The first Friday of every month, starting 4 April, then 2 May, 6 June, 4 July, 1 August, and 5 September.
Location: Manor Library, Ridgeway Rd, Sheffield S12 2SS
Time: 10:30am – 11:30am
