This full-day, hands-on Sourdough Bread Class is designed for people who want to deepen their understanding of sourdough and bake bread with confidence at home.
In this class, we focus entirely on bread. You’ll work with two classic sourdough breads, a white sourdough loaf and focaccia, to understand fermentation, dough handling, shaping, and timing in a clear, practical way.
What you’ll do
🍞 Mix, shape, and score a white sourdough loaf
🥖 Work with focaccia dough and learn how higher hydration changes handling and baking
⏱ Learn how to read fermentation, timing, and dough cues without overthinking
🌱 Understand sourdough in a way that fits real life, not rigid schedules
