• Mix, knead, shape, boil, and bake sourdough bagels from start to finish
• Learn how sourdough fermentation affects flavour, texture, and chew
• Add your own toppings such as sesame, poppy seed, or everything seasoning

We will share a generous bagel brunch featuring fresh-baked sourdough bagels with good cream cheese, smoked salmon, homemade jam, orange juice, and coffee or tea. Come hungry.
