In this class, you will
? Mix, shape, and score your own artisan sourdough loaf
? Make sourdough pizza dough, then bake and enjoy your own pizza lunch
? Learn how to keep a sourdough starter alive without it taking over your life
✨ Demystify hydration, fermentation, inclusions, and all the sourdough “mystery words”

• A freshly baked sourdough loaf you score and bake
