Jr. Games

Get Ready for the 4th Annual Jr. Games Competition... Coming in August!

The Jr. Games is an action-packed event designed to make fitness fun and exciting for young athletes ages 6–12. Created by Robert Southall of Pittsburgh Pro Fitness, the Games feature a dynamic series of challenges that put agility, speed, strength, and stamina to the test.

Participants will compete for the title of Jr. Games Champion in their age group, and overall/station winners also being crowned! Plus, all registered athletes will be entered into prize drawings.

Ohio Township has teamed up with Pittsburgh Pro Fitness in Emsworth to bring you this event! Pittsburgh Pro Fitness is a premier personal training, sports performance and boot camp facility that provides high intensity boot camp classes, small group individualized sports performance training, goal oriented personal training, and open gym memberships.
