One Night Only - Pop Up All levels DeStress Yoga Class

Join me for a special one-night-only DeStress Yoga class on Wednesday, July 2nd at 5:45pm at Comfort & Balance. This all-levels class is designed for every body—whether you’re brand new to yoga or have years of experience.

We’ll move through gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and relaxing poses to help you unwind and reset. I’ll offer easy modifications to support beginners, as well as options to deepen the poses if you’re looking for more. Expect lots of stretching, lots of letting go, and a beautiful way to start your holiday weekend feeling calm and renewed.
