Back roads ride to Gettysburgh. Ride through the battlefields. Stop at Battlefield HD. There should be lots of vendors, music, and food. May ride to a couple other vendor or bike hang out areas. Post up along Steinwehr or Baltimore Street around 4PM to view the parade. Lots of restaurants for dinner. Ride home quickest route may include highway.
