BBQ School - Kamado Joe BBQ Introduction Class

Whether you're new to ceramic BBQs or looking to sharpen your skills, this hands-on course is designed to help you get more from your Kamado-style grill. Led by Peter Oakley (thebeardedfoodie) and Luke Novell (novycooks), the session runs from 10.30am to 4.00pm and covers everything from lighting techniques and airflow control to accessories and long-term maintenance. You’ll cook throughout the day, enjoying everything you make – and there’ll be plenty to take home and share with friends and family. Unlimited free soft drinks are included, and hot drinks and alcohol are available to purchase. At the end of the class, attendees will also receive access to exclusive, limited-time offers on selected BBQ products. Expect a great atmosphere among fellow BBQ enthusiasts as you learn and share tips in a relaxed, fun setting. This course could be the perfect birthday gift for a BBQ lover or something you buy for yourself to learn more and become a true grill master. Please note: BBQ School sessions are based on two attendees per grill or oven. This ensures everyone gets hands-on experience while working in pairs.
