BBQ School - Traeger Grills BBQ Advanced Class

Already comfortable with your Traeger but want to push your skills further? Our Traeger Advanced Class is built for backyard pitmasters and flavour fanatics who are ready to go beyond the basics. Led by Pete Oakley (thebeardedfoodie) and Luke Novell (novycooks), this hands-on class will teach you how to master your pellet grill with precision, confidence, and creativity. You’ll learn how to dial in temperatures for low 'n slow vs. hot & fast grilling, maximise flavour with different wood pellets, and discover advanced techniques like cold smoking, reverse searing, and layering flavour profiles. The class also includes tastings of every dish we make. All meat, ingredients, and gear are provided, along with unlimited free soft drinks. Hot drinks and alcohol are available to purchase. At the end of the class, attendees will also receive access to exclusive, limited-time offers on selected BBQ products. Expect a fun and interactive atmosphere among fellow BBQ enthusiasts as you learn and share tips in a relaxed, hands-on setting. This course could be the perfect gift for a BBQ lover or something you buy for yourself to master your Traeger grill. Please note: BBQ School sessions are based on two attendees per grill or oven. This ensures everyone gets hands-on experience while working in pairs.
