A hands-on adventure for young animal lovers!

Let your child step into the boots of a real alpaca keeper in this fun, educational and unforgettable experience set in the heart of our rhododendron gardens.

Perfect for animal enthusiasts aged 7 and up, our Alpaca Keeper Experience offers children the chance to learn what it’s really like to care for and trek with our friendly herd.

🧼 What’s Included:

Husbandry Time – Children take part in real-life keeper duties: cleaning, feeding, educational talk.

Drinks Break – Drinks are provided partway through the session.

Alpaca Trek – The experience ends with a full guided trek through our beautiful woodland trails with their alpaca companion.

This 2 hour session is fully supervised by our experienced animal care team and designed to be fun, hands-on, and confidence-building.
