Distance: 2 miles (easy – paced and beginner friendly)

Who can join?
Everyone is welcome! Families with children (or still with baby in stroller), individuals (solo), friends, co-workers, community groups, school teachers, pet owners with friendly, leashed animals. Let’s walk together for wellness, no matter who’s by your side!
What to bring: water bottle and small towel and mat (for stretching or post –walk picnic). Light starter snacks to share (bananas, yogurt, trail mix or bottled water are great choices). Pet essentials (if bringing your furry friend).
We encourage participants to bring a healthy snack to share before the walk begins. After our walk, you can stay and enjoy and picnic in the park – a chance to unwind, connect, and celebrate this memorable walk.
Perks: Simple wellness giveaway for participants (while supplies last), Optional mindful stretch, Friendly, welcoming atmosphere for all ages (and tails!)
