A monthly gentle, restorative class rooted in a trauma-informed approach.
Trauma can disconnect us from our bodies, sense of safety, and ability to self-regulate. Trauma-informed yoga helps rebuild that connection through supportive movement in a safe environment.
This class is designed to support nervous system regulation, embodiment, and emotional healing. You will be offered choices throughout the practice, with no pressure to “get it right.” The focus is on creating a space where you can listen to your body and move at your own pace.
No yoga experience needed.
Open to anyone navigating trauma, chronic stress, or simply in need of rest and reconnection.
