Join other expecting families and meet local Birth Workers in the clean and comfortable program room at the Camp Foster Library as we hear and share advice and strategies for taking control of your birthing experience!

Some things you may hear about this evening:

-Preferences and choices for your birth "plan"
-Out of hospital birth options
-Positive and empowering birth stories from others
-Your Human Rights in Childbirth
