Mission Moon

Embark on an epic mission and learn what it takes to be an astronaut. MISSION MOON YOUTH SPACE CAMP
This camp lets you experience what it would be like to be an astronaut on a NASA mission. Navigate the stars and travel to the moon as you explore STEM and aerospace careers. During Mission Moon, you and your team will Scout a landing site. Learn about the Moon’s geologic features as you use drones to collect data. Design a rover and launch. Build a small rover that can transport people and materials. Collect regolith and build habitat. Use an iPad to scan mock regolith for minerals and then collect regolith with your rover. You also will build a habitat using life size magnetic tiles. Search for water ice. Use micro:bits and radio signals to locate hidden reserves of water ice on a mock lunar surface.
