Join Paul Schiefen, co-owner of Jardin du Soleil Lavender Farm and Farm and Food Business Development Program Manager at the North Olympic Development Council, for a behind-the-scenes tour of a working farm that has built a strong, diversified agritourism model over the past two decades.
This practical, hands-on class will explore proven strategies for adding on-farm income through events, animal experiences, you-pick operations, farm stays, processing demos, and more.
