Herbal Workshop June 7th

Here is a brief description of the workshop:
Herbal supplements are growing in popularity, but sometimes it's hard to know which herbs to use and how to use them. We'll learn about the common "weeds" in and around your yard and common culinary herbs in most kitchens that can be used as herbal remedies. This class will introduce you to herbalism with safe and effective ways to use the plants around you.

Bio:
Suzie Medders began studying herbal medicine in 2017, and completed her first year course with BotanoLogos School of Herbal Studies in 2018. She has continued to build her apothecary and herbal medicine library since then, and has taken more herbal medicine courses and attended conferences as a community herbalist. She finds great joy in helping others discover healing with plants.
