In this nurturing and empowering class, we’ll explore sound, song, and poetic expression as living prayer for the body.

Through gentle movement, intentional breath, and intuitive vocalization, you’ll offer your physical body the care and healing it longs for. This space invites you to honor your body as sacred—letting your voice become a vessel for love, presence, and restoration.

What You’ll Experience:

• Nervous system nourishment through breath, movement, and sound that grounds and soothes your body
• A deeper connection to your voice as a sacred tool for healing, prayer, and inner listening
