Community Guided Imagery Meditation

Come nurture yourself and learn how to use this powerful evidence-based self-care practice to relieve chronic stress, promote healing, increase self-awareness and maintain a sense of well-being. It is a time-honored method for understanding yourself and create healthful change in the body and the mind.

This class is offered in partnership with the Sebastopol Senior Center. Must register with the Sebastopol Senior Center to attend. $8 for non-members/$5 for members. Call 707-829-2440 to register.

This class is open to all ages. You do not need to be a senior to attend!
