The Great Gradventure

Welcome to The Great Gradventure!

Whether you are graduating or not, YOU are invited to the Great Gradventure! A scavenger hunt-adventure to rival even the lord of the rings. Prepare to paint the town venturing for quests based on scenic locations, competitions with other teams, riddles, and tons of outdoor fun!

The scavenger hunt is hosted on GooseChase, so you must download that on your phone prior to the event

The event will take place on Thursday June 12th @ 2pm. There is no meeting place for the start of the event (deliberately to encourage strategic play). The event will end that day at 8pm. This gives teams 6 hours to complete as many quests as they can and accumulate as many points as possible.

The quests will be released on Wednesday June 11th @ 5pm. This will allow teams time to strategize routes, plan, and gather necessary materials.

Be sure to get your totem from our table at red square on Wednesday June 11th from 1pm to 4pm

This is a team event. Teams can be from 2-4 people.

1) In each of your photo submissions, you must include your totem.

2) The use of cars and other motor vehicles are strictly disallowed! Bikes and Public Transportation are encouraged.

3) Stay safe, if you are or become physically incapable of doing any of the events, don't force yourself, contact an admin for points for good faith attempts in the event of injury or accomodations.

4) Be a good sport! Healthy competition is encouraged, but don't deliberately terrorize other teams, thats no fun. Any evidence of unsportsmanlike conduct will be reviewed and may result in immediate forfeiture.
