Join the team at Forage Seattle for an interactive evening of oysters, beer, aquavit, and good company at Skål Beer Hall.

During this hands-on oyster shucking evening, you'll learn how to properly shuck and savor three different kinds of fresh, local oysters—each served how they shine best: with lemon, hot sauce, or a classic champagne mignonette. Follow Forage Seattle’s oyster-loving team as they guide you through techniques, tips, and tasting notes so you can enjoy every briny bite with confidence.

To pair? Forget sparkling wine—we’re leaning into the bold and refreshing with beer and aquavit pairings selected by the team at Skål to complement the unique flavors of these tasty oysters.

Whether you're a shucking newbie or just here for the mollusks and booze, this cozy, come-as-you-are gathering will leave you full of flavor and a few new skills.
