-------------
Don't start your day at the ballpark off on the wrong foot by attempting to bring a prohibited item into the ballpark. Check out some of the most common prohibited items people bring to the ballpark in the list below.
If the screeners detect a prohibited item you can take it back to your vehicle, abandon it at the screening station, or put it in one of the paid lockers in the area. Screeners cannot hold onto an item for you, and abandoned items will NOT be at the screening station when you exit the game.
T-MOBILE PARK SREENING PROCESS
Guests will pass through walk through metal or weapon detectors. It is not necessary to remove cell phones, car keys or coins from pockets. If secondary screening is necessary, it will consist of a manual screen with a hand-held metal detector and/or a bag search. Guests who are unable to undergo a metal detection search due to medical reasons will be screened with a hand-held wand.
Security must be able to see inside and identify items all the way to the bottom of the bag. Items may not be used to obscure the view of bag contents, including but not limited to non-clear bags, pouches, etc. You may be asked to shake out clothing items and blankets folded up in your bag, to ensure you are not hiding prohibited items.
Bring a clear bag to ensure the quickest and easiest trip through the screening stations.
Wearing steel-toed shoes will likely result in extra screening with a wand. This will slow up you, other members of your group, and everyone in line behind you.
People who need to bring in specific food items or beverages for medical purposes, such as diabetics, should explain their need to the screener if stopped. If the screener isn't allowing you to bring the item through the checkpoint, calmly request to speak with a supervisor.
While vape devices and cigarettes are allowed into the park, there is NO smoking OR vaping allowed anywhere in the park. If T-Mobile Park personnel observe you smoking or vaping you will be ejected from the park. Your ticket will not be refunded.
PROHIBTED ITEMS
Non-clear (opaque) backpacks, multi-compartment bags, duffle bags and purses larger than 4.5" x 6.5" are NOT permitted. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items or single compartment diaper bags (child must be present). Tell the screener the bag is for a child or is a medical bag. It will be searched and tagged.
Non-clear (opaque) bags larger than 4.5" x 6.5" cannot be rolled up or folded and put into a pocket, or inside a larger clear bag.
Non-sealed water bottles, metal/aluminum bottles, glass bottles, or any bottle larger than 32 ounces in size is prohibited.
Weapons of any kind - guns, pocket knives, multi-tools, self-defense spray, brass or plastic knuckles, stun guns, Tasers, cork screws, box cutters, razor blades, scissors, etc.
Even tiny scissors, tiny knives and tiny self-defense spray cans on key chains are prohibited.
