Join HEARTH, a queer, disabled dance company, for an evening of Contact Improvisation centered on access, consent, and choice. Led by co-directors Bee and Vera, this class welcomes dancers ages 16+ with body awareness, regardless of experience with Contact Improv. Live music by Beckett Martin invites real-time collaboration between movement and sound. This disability-informed class is open to mobility aid users, with captions (CC) provided. Expect floor work, weight sharing, and a supportive environment for all bodies. Masks are optional to attend class, and rapid COVID tests are administered on-site.
