Following the success of her debut solo album Honeysweet, Canadian-born, Seattle-based jazz vocalist Heather Ward returns with a luminous new collection, Gilded & Silver (released June 1 and available on all streaming platforms). Lover of the great standards, she is also fascinated with translating music from varied genres into jazz, which is evident on her albums and in performance. She has performed at various venues around Vancouver and Seattle for many years, as well as teaching private voice lessons (member of NATS). She was a finalist in the 2024 Seattle-Kobe Female Jazz Vocalist competition, sang with the Dickens Carolers for 19 years, and is a regular featured performer at the Seattle Cabaret Festival.
