2025 Queer Quads Grass Volleyball League
(June 3 - July 8)
RUSH Volleyball will be offering a Recreational (B Level) and Intermediate (BB Level) quads grass volleyball league. This is a 6-week league with the last week being playoffs (mini tournament format). All teams will make the playoffs. This league is geared for members of the LGBTQ community and Allies. The league will take place rain or shine.
Location: Jimi Hendrix Park (2400 S Massachusetts, Seattle, WA, 98144)
Dates: 6/3, 6/10, 6/17, 6/24, 7/1, 7/8 (playoffs)
Time: Games start at 6:30 PM
Cost: $450 per team (up to 6 players in a team's roster)
The last day for a refund is May 23, 2025. You will receive a 100% refund if you request it by May 23. No refunds after this date.

Levels:
B Level: Players with no volleyball experience or some experience are encouraged to join. This level is recommended for team looking for recreational play.
BB Level: Intermediate. Players with more experience.
Format: 4 players vs 4 players. All genders are allowed. Players can hit from anywhere regardless of gender. No minimum amount of players of a specific gender. Teams may have their extra players sub in at any time. Net height: 7'8". Games will be to 25 points, win by 2, no caps. Rally scoring.
Your team is guaranteed 4 Sets to 25 points per week. You will play against 2 teams each week.
Cancellation: Seattle weather can be unpredictable. This league will take place rain or shine. In case of extreme severe weather such as expected hail or lightning, play that day may be canceled for the safety of the players. The director will make a final call the day of. Because Seattle Parks and Rec does not reimburse for cancellations of the field, there may not be an additional week added. RUSH would work with Seattle P&R to find an additional day to make up for missed games due to a cancellation, but making up for cancelled games is not guaranteed. If an additional day is added to make up for missed games, that day may be any day of the week.
