Prenatal Yoga Workshop (4 Sessions)

Join Jamie and a team of professionals for a 4-week series to stretch your mind and body!

Each week will include a 1-hour pregnancy safe yoga practice specifically designed to help build strength and ease discomfort that can come from pregnancy. Following the yoga practice, there will be a 30-minute presentation and discussion with rotating birth professionals such as lactation consultant, midwife, and pelvic floor specialist.

Jamie is a birth and postpartum doula, placenta artist, and birth art facilitator that is passionate about giving the support that every family deserves during this tender time of pregnancy and beyond.
