On Sunday 27th July, we're meeting at Bayo The Salts Café, Salts Recreation Ground, Seaford BN25 1DR ready for a prompt 10.30 departure. We're riding to Arlington Reservoir where there are picnic tables, so bring a picnic lunch. If you prefer it, buy something at the kiosk selling drinks, sandwiches etc.
The return will be via Lewes where the ride will end. Make your own way back to Brighton or get a train (if they're running).
From Seaford to Arlington and back to Lewes is a ride of about 20 miles. This can be increased by starting and finishing in Brighton.

If you plan to come on any of our rides, please make sure your cycle is in a roadworthy condition. Bring a puncture repair kit, spare inner tube (or as appropriate for tubeless tyres), essential tools, a mobile phone if you have one, something to eat and drink, sunscreen and/or waterproofs and warm clothing as needed. Please follow Cycling UK's guidance, and check with the ride leader about the distance and hilliness of the ride if you are unsure. Be prepared to give contact phone numbers at the start of a ride. Let the ride leader know if you have a medical condition that might affect your ride.
