Drum Circle and Sound Meditation

Welcome to our monthly community drum circle and sound healing!

Our community is a joyous and safe place to play and commune with like-minded Spirits and vibrant personalities. You are welcomed with open arms!

We meet every 4th Sunday at Seabeck Community Center. Drum circle from 2pm to 3pm. Here we join together through drumming and laughter, harmonizing with each other’s hearts and souls. The circle is led by John Jorza, a local artist and musician. Instruments and drums are provided.

Following the drum circle, we are guided into a relaxing Mind/Body/Spirit sound meditation from 3pm to 4pm. A local Sound Healing Practitioner gifts us with their art, connecting us to the Divine for inner healing. Bring your openness and curiosity!

We recommend bringing a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eye mask, and any support that will help you lay on the ground comfortably. There are a few chairs available for those who have mobility and accessibility challenges.

Event is donation based energy exchange. Energy exchange is a monetary contribution a community member can afford that day. There is no set fee or cost. Donations are given to the the sound practitioner.
