Birth Trauma Support Group - Scunthorpe

Brand new monthly postnatal mental health support group for mothers who have been affected by birth trauma & mental health symptoms.

Have you experienced a difficult pregnancy/birth/4th trimester and are still struggling with the impacts?

Do you carry unspoken grief, anger, or confusion around your birth story?

Are you living in a constant survival or freeze response & not living the life of motherhood that you imagined?

Do you struggle to bond with your baby or dislike being around your child?

If you can relate to one or more of these then
you are not alone and this support group may be the help you need to move forward.

A safe & warm welcomed space ran by myself - trauma integration coach and somatic practitioner for women to connect with others who really understand and chance for you to share your story and feel truly listened to and witnessed

Together, we learn somatic tools to cultivate safety, compassion and self trust back again after birth trauma & how to move through motherhood with fulfilment.
