Join Jo & Lorraine for a beautiful charity sound bath experience......
What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a nurturing, meditative experience where sound and vibration gently invite the nervous system into rest. Through the resonance of crystal alchemy singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments, sound becomes a tender support guiding your body toward calm, balance, and inner connection.
What to Expect
Held in a nurturing candlelit space, you’ll be invited to lie down, get comfortable, and simply receive.
The session weaves together sound healing, breath awareness, gentle intention (sankalpa), and moments of mindfulness creating space for your whole system to slow down and soften.
There’s nothing you need to do. Just bring yourself, exactly as you are.
Why Come?
In a world that pulls us into constant doing, being on all the time and coping, this is a space to pause to come home to your body, your breath, your being.
Many of us are carrying subtle layers of tension, overwhelm, or disconnection. Sound can gently help the body find its way back to safety, presence, and ease.
Sound interacts directly with the nervous system, helping it shift out of survival states like fight, flight, or freeze and into a softer, more regulated state of rest and relaxation.
You may experience a sense of grounding, emotional release, inner clarity, laughter or even deep sleep.
Every experience is unique. Your body knows what it needs.
Research shows that sound can:-
Reduce anxiety and stress
Lower blood pressure and heart rate
Improve sleep and immune function
Alleviate physical tension and pain
Support emotional release and nervous system regulation
It’s a gentle yet powerful way to support your overall well-being,body, mind, and soul.
This is a space to soften, to be held, to reconnect.
Let sound guide you inward, toward stillness, toward healing, toward yourself
As Edgar Cayce said,
“Sound is the medicine of the future.”
