Come join us for a peaceful morning of paddling and reflection at Riverrats Canoe and Kayak Rentals, hosted by Integrative Health Practitioners Rachel Bolick & Amanda Scott. Let's start the day off right by connecting with nature and focusing on our faith.

☀️ We'll guide you through intentional movement, stillness, and prayer as you float gently along the Lynches River.
🛶 Kayaks are provided, just bring yourself, a water bottle, and a heart ready to receive.
🥗 You’ll leave feeling grounded, connected, and refreshed with a nourishing picnic lunch (from SC Real Foods), a printed prayer card, and simple tools to carry peace into your everyday rhythm.

Whether you're a seasoned paddler or a newbie, this event is open to all skill levels. We'll spend time on the water, taking in the beauty of creation and centering our hearts on Christ.
