Open to all, this introductory circle invites you to discover the core energies of the elements – Earth, Air, Fire, and Water. Through guided meditation, thoughtful discussion, and sensory exercises, we will explore how these elements manifest within us and influence our lives by touching, feeling, and smelling with curiosity.
What to Expect:

Sacred Circle Details: Each circle is an intimate event that allows us to learn, share, be seen and heard, and support one another in a safe and sacred space. In order to facilitate this atmosphere, our circle size will expand no larger than 12 participants.
Cost: Circles are now offered on a pay what you can scale. The valued price point is $45, but I understand that things happen month to month and don’t want you to miss out. Payment will now range to what you can pay between $25-$45.
