Yoga in the Lavender Fields

Join us for Yoga in the Lavender Fields at Genesee Valley Lavender Farms for a truly sensory and relaxing experience.

Drift into profound relaxation and sensory delight with our unique Yoga in the Lavender Fields class at Genesee Valley Lavender Farms. Experience gentle movements, including standing poses, balance postures, and restorative grounding poses. Paired with mindful breathwork, this class offers a unique journey to nurture your body, calm your mind, and soothe your spirit. This session is intended to envelop you in the calming and healing aroma of pure lavender, enhancing your yoga practice by encouraging deeper breathing and release of tension.

What to Bring:
✦ Your yoga mat (or select a ticket that includes the use of a mat, limited numbers available).
✦ A water bottle.
✦ Comfortable clothing.
✦ Optional: a towel for beneath your yoga mat and one for comfort.

Pricing: The cost for this class is $20. Payment can be made at the time of class, or an invoice can be sent to you post-event.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of rain, the class will be cancelled, and we will work to reschedule for another date.
