Info: ✨ Welcome & Opening (10 minutes)

Settle in and grab an oracle card upon arrival. We’ll introduce ourselves, share the intention behind the space, and offer a brief overview of the Summer Solstice — its energy, symbolism, and significance. You’ll be invited to set your own personal intention for the evening.


? Grounding Movement (20 minutes)

We’ll ease into the body with simple, nourishing movement to ground your energy and connect with your breath. This practice is accessible for all bodies and experience levels.

Take a bathroom break, grab water, and get comfortable before we begin breathwork.
