Journey Through Grief Together - Thursdays 4pm beginning Aug 14

This is a general Grief Support Group for adults who are grieving the loss of someone significant to them. You can expect to share your unique grief experience with others, to lean on each other, and learn how to cope with difficult feelings. Weekly sessions will be held with attendees choosing when they participate. You do not need to commit to all sessions.

These weekly sessions are available Thursday August 14 through Thursday October 23 from 4:00pm-5:30pm except for Thursday August 21 and Thursday September 18.
