Yoga at CQ Forsyth on Sundays at 8 AM

Sundays FREE yoga for the community! This event is made possible by the sponsorship of The Collins Quarter at Forsyth. Enjoy a coffee or sweet treat after practice!

Begin your Sunday morning at 8 AM for a yoga class with Dani B (Danette Bauer).

Dani’s classes start grounded in breath, build some heat and test your balance before ending in rest. Expect some sprinkles of personal insight and reflections of yoga philosophy.

Invite a friend, hydrate + have sunscreen/bug spray (just in case). invitation to bring yoga props like blocks to support your unique anatomy.

Class is always weather dependent so follow Dani’s insta @danibyoga for updates.

Teachers in the area + those passing through, will hold space and teach classes during some of our Sundays together. This is important to me because we all have something to teach, and we all have something to learn.

Subs to expect through out the next season are: Adriana, owner of As You Are. G, a teacher at As You Are + trained with Meg Shuba, owner of Body Poetic. Jade, also a teacher at As You Are. + Finally Charlie, owner of Bohemian Balance who also received her training from Meg Shuba, BP.
