Knife Skills with Zwilling Corp. Chef Bernard Janssen

Learn the fundamentals of good knife skills from the experts. In this hands-on class, Zwilling corporate chef Bernard Janssen will teach you what makes a quality knife, which knife to use for each task and how to maintain and clean and store your knives.

You will practice the circular rocking motion, the chopping motion, how to dice an onion, supreme citrus fruits, mince herbs and learn how to use a flexible fish fillet knife. From brunoise to julienne, you’ll master a range of essential cutting techniques, making meal prep easier and more fun! Guests will each receive a 4" Zwilling Pro paring knife (A $69.99 Value!).
