Vintage Brewing is teaming up with our friends at J. Henry & Sons Bourbon to bring you a flavorful night of great food, craft beer, & small-batch bourbon—shared with good company!
Get ready for a four-course dinner where every bite is thoughtfully paired with a brew & bourbon that brings out the best in each dish.
We’ll kick things off with Beer-Braised and Crisped Pork Belly, served over a roasted corn purée with jalapeño corn relish & a drizzle of rich bourbon glaze—because why not start strong?
Next up is a refreshing Maple Bourbon and Grilled Georgia Peach Salad, lightly dressed with a zesty beer vinaigrette. Sweet, smoky, and just the right amount of summer.
For the main event, we’re serving Coffee-Crusted Venison Tenderloin with a bold stout peppercorn demi-glace, creamy bourbon sweet potato mash, and white asparagus—comfort food with a little extra finesse.
And of course, we’ll wrap things up with a silkyBeer-Infused Crème Brûlée, topped with fresh berries and bourbon whipped cream. Because dessert deserves to be just as exciting as the rest of the meal.
