โข New service users will be given priority.
โข Recipient must be Sarina resident, only one recipient from each household will be eligible for a voucher.
โข A form of photo ID will be required to be sighted, during the application process, to confirm Sarina residency.
โข Evidence of income is required for assessment and processing e.g. Centrelink statement.
โข The emergency relief program operates between the months of February and November. Applicants have the potential to access one voucher every three months with a maximum of three vouchers a year, voucher availability permitting.
